Challenge

A well-known UK based Holiday Park, developed a new flexible venue with a new capacity of 1,000 guests. We were challenged to provide greater distinction between the operation of this state-of-the-art venue, & pre-existing venues elsewhere within the brand.

 

Solution

We looked at natural guest flows, communication methods, & product offering, including scheduling. 

By providing a more guest centric approach to communication, we simplified the guest journey, creating a longer venue “dwell”, increasing revenue spend. Additionally, we utilized the venue flexibility to provide more tailored product to different demographics, at different times of the year….or even days of the week! This increased venue occupancy, appealing to different types of holiday makers.

Challenge

An international cruise brand’s NPS was being negatively affected with cruises featuring high tender ports. Guests cited poor tendering process, long lines, long waits, & general disorganisation.

 

Solution

Deep diving into the guest experience it was discovered for a cruise line so heavily focused on innovation, their tendering process had been left behind. 

We brought a known painful barrier to enjoyment, into the 21st century, removing guest anxiety, introducing a relaxed & transparent experience for the guests & eradicating lines. This also increased bar sales through tender operations.
